The Spotlight: Poetry of being seen

Spotlight, on stage, witnessed and repeated phrase, revealed for more than just your outer billboard sign.

Spotlight, stage fright, my own fear and trembling, what if I'm revealed as being something less, this terror of being seen?

Spotlight, stage right, or is it left? Which way can I go to leave this giant, hallowed hall?

Spotlight, so bright, His glory shines all around me tonight, no more shadows to linger behind.

Spotlight, stage might, revealed to me in His great light, of love and care, and delight.

Spotlight, He has called me here, to center stage, to reveal to all His glorious light, Illuminated for all to see, the image of Him, reflected in me.
